Purpose

Just as we were born with gifts and light, we were also born with a divine purpose.  Every single person was created with greatness within them..  We are divine!  We are sons and daughters of a God!  He has a mission that He has given to each and every individual.

What, you ask, is your mission?  

What are your gifts?  What are your strengths?  These will give you an idea of your specific purpose in life.

My purpose was to have six children and raise them to the best of my ability despite the trials I faced.  Another part of that mission is to help bring others to Christ. To help others to see the power God has to help us heal and become something more. There is so much power lying dormant within you.  It is time to come to know God and His infinite love for you.  To see His hand in your life as He helps to heal, strengthen, and mold you into something truly amazing!

I promise you, that He lives and loves you and wants to help you reach your full potential.  To fill the measure of your creation.  I can see the wheels in your head turning saying, “Is she kidding?!  What kind of God would allow the things to happen that have happened in my life?”

I can relate to that.  I have experienced my share of pain and sorrow.  Sadly, we are in a fallen world and terrible things happen on a daily basis.  There must be opposition in all things.  If we didn’t know sorrow, we could never truly know joy.

C.S. Lewis said, “If a thing is free to be good it is also free to be bad.  And free will is what has made evil possible.  Why, then, did God give them free will?  Because free will, though it makes evil possible, is also the only thing that makes possible any love or goodness or joy worth having.”
